What is Nutritional Therapy?
Natutional therapy is considered to be an alternative form of medicine. It is also widely recognised throughout the medical world today that good nutrition and diet is crucial for maintaining health and wellbeing.
Nutritional therapy is an evidence-based, therapeutic approach to improves health conditionstand their associatioed symptoms via specifically tailored diet and lifestyle plan that consists of customised nutrition, effective exercise and stress reduction.
I have a diploma in Naturopathic Nutrition and also trained as a fitness nutritionist. I believe that a lean, fit and health body is the result of a balanced and committed lifestyle and a positive sense of self.
Instead of promoting temperery fad dieting, I would encourage my clients to proactively take control of their long term health and wellbeing goals by adopting the more sustainable and effective lifestyle changes.
My consultations incorporate aspects of my diverse background in Naturopathy, Nutrition, Raw Veganism, and stress management techniques from Energy and vibrational Medicine. It is my goal to tailor make each session according to your individual needs so as to bring out potent and life enhancing improvements that fulfil your long term health and wellness objectives.
Our initial consultaction will last for 90 minutes. This process culminates in an individually tailored nutritional plan that actively engages you in your health and wellness goals. Ample time is afforded at the end of the visit to discuss the plan and answer any questions.
Follow-up visits are 60 minutes and are used to assess how well the plan fits and to make any necessary adjustments.
